Course overview

This is a bespoke course for staff at Royal Free NHS Trust.


Learning Objectives:

•Demonstrate advanced knowledge of a range of prognostic, risk stratification and predictive health factors in Health. 
•Demonstrate advanced knowledge of a range of interventions for management of long term conditions including relevant contraindications and precautions, preventative programmes and pathways to promote patient health and well-being.
•Understand the role of a variety of MDT health-professionals and discuss how they can collaborate with them to enhance patient care.
