Course overview
This short course is the first of its kind, being commissioned by HPFT - Hertfordshire Partnership NHS University Trust, indicating the employer's commitment to providing training opportunities for the improvement of recovery leads' knowledge of mental health recovery implementation in everyday practice. It is aimed at enabling Recovery Leads working for HPFT to acquire fuller knowledge on this topic.
This short course will provide knowledge of:
The new meaning of mental health recovery; Trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioural Treatment, Co-production and shared decision making between service providers, service users and their carers, working effectively with Peer Support Workers; Leadership skills in mental health services, Innovative research.
